Just after the Google acquisitions of YouTube; Google announced today Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

Google Docs & Spreadsheets is a web-based word processing and spreadsheet program that keeps documents current and lets the people you choose update files from their own computers.

I'm using this for sometimes and its really cool.

Soon, Google complete office suite will be available for sure.
